Penyelesaian Sengketa Ekonomi Syariah di Pengadilan Agama pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19

The authority to adjudicate sharia economic disputes has absolutely become the of Religious Courts since issuance Law No. 3/2006 concerning Amendments 7/1989 and strengthened by 21/2008 Sharia Banking Constitutional Court Decision 93/PUU-X/2012. Every year, Islamic transactions always increase, even though during pandemic, banking in Indonesia grows positively. However, higher increasing Indonesia, more that occur. During current covid-19 government issued regulations regarding restrictions ranging from PSBB PPKM. purpose this research is encourage emergence dispute resolution innovations, especially Judiciary Covid-19 pandemic without having violate Health protocol. This study uses a qualitative descriptive study, which literature studies quoted books regulations, both laws other as well direct into field see realities on ground related settlement pandemic. results indicate Supreme responds quickly rules policies launching an e-court application investigation (electronic trial). There are many benefits conveniences felt people seeking justice, parties disputes. there still some obstacles experienced justice seekers electronic proceedings.
